Anyone having issues with graphics after downloading BO2? My issue is the game starts fine, once I get to the  start screen

I have no words, no options to choose.  I have no idea where to go from there, I can move my mouse over an area and click

and move to maybe the next screen, if I am lucky. I have downloaded it to Steam (after uninstall) twice with the same issues.

I have windows 7, Intel Quad 8200, Nvidia GTS 250 and all the right stuff to run the game.
