theater.callofdudty.com access denied. What happened?

so. i've rendered my mw3 clips and it says that go to theater.callofduty.com to view it. When i go there its just a blank page with 'acess denied' on it. How do i go to theater.callofduty.com and view my clips?

Rendered videos are located under the MY HQ section. Scroll down to VAULT and it will forward you to the them.

I NEED HELP SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!! ok, so i render my clips to youtube and it says they are successful but i go to youtube and they are not there? HELP

  If you have a youtube account, log into it, then your video should be
  there. If it is there, then there may be a problem with COD site.

im having the same problem my clips are going to theater.callofduty.com and not my youtube

ya when i render my mw3 clips it says it was seccessful but no clips but it works for blackops 2 wtf do i need to do to fix it plz help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
