Special Ops unplayable - says select save device over and over.

I cannot play special ops suvival at all, with solo or with a partner. It says " select save device" over and over. I cannot choose cloud storage or HDD. I have tried to clear the cache but nothing happened. There are no corrupt files. Multiplayer is working and saving fine.
Any help appreciated.

Are you playing on an Xbox? Which model do you own, and how much space is currently available on the HDD? ^LM
Sorry, it was my first post. Xbox 360 4gb model. I was using the HDD a long time ago but switched to the cloud after my spec ops progress was deleted back to one. After switching over to cloud storage it has as a later date also reset. This is the 3rd time it has happened now, the only different being I cannot select a save device.
Memory unit - 1.6 gh free, cloud - 510 mb free.

Have you been able to try saving on a friend's console, or try having a friend save their spec ops game on your console?

Ok got it sorted. Deleted the title update and another file. Considering I was already back to one I figured why not delete a few saves. Multiplayer is saved on the server anyway. Thanks for your interest.
