Hi - I was considering buying a new mw3 hardened edition but wondering if theres any point now?

as it says on amazon do you still get the: -

includes future Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 downloadable game content (including map packs)

and is the below now all invalid?

So just wondring if its a waste of time now?
