ok. i'll agree a little. it is a bit harsh of them against the objective players. especially when you are in spawn delay and have to watch them completely ignore the enemy taking the objective, or ignoring the bomb site in search...

Well another solution would be that the kills they get in objective game modes isn't reflected on their overall K/D, and as such, their K/D for TDM/FFA will remain the same. Oh and reduce the score per kill in objective game modes unless it's linked to an objective like killing an enemy flag runner and returning the flag, as well as killing flag defenders/attackers on dom and bomb planters/defusers on demo/S&D to only 25 points per kill and the normal rate for the objective kills as mentioned etc.

I almost see what you're saying but that's why you get alotta points for doing the objective. For example... I was playing hardcore ctf the other day and I got my stealth chopper and I only had 4 kills! I think I got 1 kill on the way to the flag, 3 kills while I was carrying the flag, and once I capped it I got my stealth chopper scorestreak. Im not sure how many points I got for the cap but getting those kills with flag in hand was like 200pts a kill if I remember correctly. That's pretty beast if you ask me.

Well, if you get some kills whilst running the flag, that should be rewarded, and nothing should change in regards to just that.

However, running around only to farm kills, even near the enemy flag etc and not bothering to go for the objectives shouldn't be rewarded.

If a player walks out of a game with 50/1 and 0 caps/plants/defuses/returns etc, they should be punished rather than rewarded with a bucket load of scorepoints.

Simple kills scorepoints should be reduced to about 25 score per kill unless linked to an objective as i mentioned already, as well as the K/D not being reflected on the overall K/D stat meaning that if players want to up their K/D, they need to do actual TDM/FFA. Only fair IMHO.

I understand what you're saying Stump but that will not bring a good flow to the gameplay. Say I am in a game of ctf with clan of 6. I would want my buddies to pick off the enemies so I can run the flag. Let's not forget that this game is team based. It's called strategy. Maybe your team needs to communicate a little better. If ppl went strictly for the flag it would be complete chaos.

The risk is worth the reward so to speak. And you act like you are GOING to die EVERY time you collect a tag. Be smart about it. Don't get tags that are in the open and middle of the map. Get tags that are close to you. Simple as that. I play KC a lot and get high score streaks because I know that difference.

Scorestreak system is a genious idea?

I collect a ton of tags in Kill Confirmed, but since I'm constantly in harms way to win the match, the result is my numerous deaths.  I don't get Scorestreaks.

Meanwhile, someone else can avoid objectives in general and go 65-2.  He gets the scorestreaks....really?

Reward players properly.  Reward players who deserve it, like the ones who greatly helped win the match by collecting the most tags or capping the most positions.

Death should not be a punishment.  Avoiding objectives should be the punishment.

You may not get the scorestreaks, BUT you will finish with a higher overall score. As you said in kill confirmed a guy can go 70-2 and will ONLY have 3500 score from kills. If you go 30-20 and collect ALL you tage plus his, say 20 of his you have 50 confirms and a total score JUST FROM KILLS and confirms of 6500. The point of KC is to COLLECT TAGS, not camp and get kills.

Just treat all green dots like there not there, no one will help you cap points or defend them. Play accordingly.

I love how the system works in Dom. We push for flags as a team and rack up VSATs the whole game.

I don't know why everyone is jumping on the whole "only reward for objective" thing. The primary objective in ALL warfare is to kill the enemy. In every game mode killing is necessary to advance your team's score. Dom flags need to be cleared out in order to have time to capture them. S&D the players must be withered down so you have numbers when you plant the bomb. Rushing towards the objective untactically and with reckless abandon is the stupidest thing that I hate when my team mates do. It gives the killwhores on the other team scorestreaks easier. The scorestreak system in BO1 and BO2 have been my favorites, relying on your gun most of the time but having killstreaks count for a bit of it.

That only works if you're playing against garbage players. It would be hilarious for me and my friends to play against people who never fired a shot. We'd have VSATs and Dogs rolling back-to-back.
