When's the FIX then TREYARCH????

With all the extra cash flow being crimbo and all... When you fixing your game so it'll run smoothly??

 

Too many of your fans are pretty pissed as to how this game is running!!!!

 

Played for a good 3 hours and had nothing but the following:

 

  1. delayed responce (you know were your clearly a sec behind)
  2. 50% of games, 90% of the players in that game had 3 yellow bars.
  3. I could go on but we've all heard this 1000 times.

 

WTF is going on?

    This is hilarious.

     

    Earlier today from about 8 Central to 10 Central time I experienced these same issues. Tonight from 2-5 AM I experienced little or none.

    Personally, I am getting tired of seeing "Migrating Hosts" 20 times every match........and then getting returned to the main menu 50% of the time......servers DEFINITELY need to be looked at (or the code for the lag comp)......there are a LOT of issues with this edition of CoD and appears Treyarch could care less......they got their $$$

      There are no servers... unless you are on the pc. Ps3 and xbox360 use a player as the host. So if the host has bad connection everyone will suffer or if one my personal case a team is camping too much and the other start leaving and the guys leaving are the hosts then yeah lots of migrating hosts screens.

    First of all, you are all correct!! I live on the east coast and from 10am-4pm the game is playable and great, from 4pm-11pm = crap, and then 11pm-3-4am great again its crazy considering that those early am hours you would think the game would be worse with the fact that more people are on from diff parts of the country and even overseas.. and no i dont play all that time i have just experimented to see what connections were like. As for boosters, they are mainly on DRONE on the C cap "SNIPER BANK" and TURBINE in the building to the right of A cap and i have reported many of them. The migrating hosts is my biggest complaint, not that it has to happen but to the fact that it is mainly caused by selfish players when the game doesnt start or is not going the way THEY want it to go, instead of getting some xp and learning from they're mistakes....they quit or dashboard and dont even care that they will get a loss and KEEP EVERYONE ELSE I N THE GAME FROM THE GAMEPLAY BEING RECORDED!!!! and yes i have had some good games where the game migrated due to a poor loser and lost the footage in the mix, but it is what it is and people wont change until KD is not a factor in objective based games anymore, but that probably will never happen so we will alway have something to talk about. Peace to everybody who plays the objective and believes in W/L before K/D!!!!

    90% of all statistics can be made to say anything 50% of the time.

    • 73% resulted from external sources
    • 18% were caused by insiders
    • 39% implicated business partners
    • 30% involved multiple parties

     

    You could go on 1000 times but you decided to stop at 2 ....... You are not providing constructive feedback, simply complaining about the same thing since 1998

    Umm you bought a free game addon that runs according to what they CAN put into it ? \They cant FIX lag issues, only tweak them.

     

    You are right they have heard of it a thousand times, but so far 5 years into the lagfest that is COD have you seen them fix any of the lag issues over the past 5 years worth of games ? Why would this game be any different ?

    I think the bottom line is they are not going to fix it... why should they, I mean they have made their money and we are all still on playing the game, so really it's a lost cause.

     

    For a game that wants to try and make a name as an E-sport it really is a joke.

     

    For it to really be competitive it needs to be consistent.  As it is, it's way off the mark.

     

    The sad bit is this issue only seems to affect half of us and the other half who are the ones on the good side of the lagcomp seem to think we are all just dreaming it up... we just suck really badly.  We have been playing cod for the last 6 years, suddenly we don't know the difference and it's just that we suck.  What we really need to do is just adjust and get use to it.

     

    I guess they are right so I have adjusted the best way I can.  I have a normal adsl connection and also BT fiberoptic which is 70meg down with 15meg up and average ping is about 15 to 40 ms, depending on where I ping, but I have now started using my phone and 3g and I have noticed a big difference.

     

    it almost feels like cheating but it seems this is how the dev's want us to play it. I mean they keep saying if there is a problem it's with out connection.  so there must be a problem with my fiberoptic and adsl connection so I am left with my 3g.

      I will 100% dashboard if I am host when I use my normal fibre internet connection, there is a noticable difference between host and not on this game, if im not host i can just manage a postive kd if i am host then thats not possible. The only way I can check if I am host is pick my loadout quickly then press start if im the only one in then im host and as soon as the game begins I apologise to the lobby and bail, last night I dashboarded form 8 games on the bounce! If there is a easier way to see if your host let me know because that way works about 75% of the time, sometimes its not clear as a few connect at the same time.

       

      I know this will piss people of but why should i host a game for the whole world to join, I have best search preference and had brazilians in my game last night, dont penalise me for providing you treyarch with the network and hardware to allow your game to be enjoyed by millions of players, reward me for saving you millions of dollars on dedicated server hosting and bandwidth charges by making it an even playing field and a local playing field!

       

      PS I sometimes use my 3g if i can be arsed to set it up which gives me a little improvement in gameplay over my wired connection via the internet but I think the strict nat on the 3g screws the matchmaking up.
