Prestige Glitchers..

So when ever a Prestige master is in the same lobby as me or i haven't met, i always check to see if they Cheated to get that before reporting them if they have but one thing is strange, twice now i got to check and they have a lower amount of kills like 5000 then after the game they have 30000 kills with like 5 days of gameplay does this mean it was lag or what?
