Wrong XP award for Operation - MW3 Clan

My clan got wrong XP award for Search and Destroy Challenge.

 

1050 of 11564 Clans.

 

We should have earned a gold badge and we got bronze badge, please, fix this, i sent a form too.

    Happened again, we got silver when we should get gold:

    139 of 10995 Clans

    I know you're probably looking for an admin response, so sorry, but I would like to add my $0.02...

     

    I read somewhere that the total number of clans (in this case, 11564) is the total number of clans that enlisted. And now they are not using that number to calculate how you did but instead they're using the number of clans who actually participated...

     

    I have 2 problems with that explanation:

    1. Why then are they still showing the number of clans enlisted vs. the smaller number of clans participating?

    2. I played that search op with one other clan member and we didn't play the whole time and still got 196 out of 11564 clans. I thought that was too good considering we've never really played search. But anyway, that's obviously gold. We got silver. Assume only 20% of 11564 enlisted clans actually participated (so about 2,300 clans). We would still get gold. Basically, I find it really hard to believe that there is that big of a difference between enlisted clans and participating clans.

     

    Sorry for my ramblings, but if they are truly awarding based on enlisted clans, then my clan had been screwed out of a ton of XP! Not to mention still waiting on a ton of clan emblems never received.

      Yeah, i really think that the most part of enlisted clans played in the operation too. About clan emblems, i didn't receive any of them, not even the first one, maybe because i reset my MW3 account, but i should receive them, and i don't want to leave my clan (i am the leader) and enter again just to get emblems...

        exactly what i've been doing  i'm the leader of a clan my husband and i are in and i constantly give him leadership, kick myself, rejoin, etc etc etc  and we have over 50 people so they're constantly asking to go through that whole song and dance is ridiculous  i just PM some developers on both issues  i will post back here if i get a response
