why COD Modern warfare 3 MP has worst graphics than its own SP and Spec.Ops ?

i bought COD MW3 5 months ago I like special ops mission ,survival and chaos mode and graphics is good ( actually so much bad in compared to BF3 but still okey )

and in COD MW3 Multi-player graphics is so much much grany ,looks low resultion ,no quality in compared to SP and Special ops why is this Hell----

for me SP and Special ops score 35 put of 100 stars in graphics

but MP scores 5 out of 100 stars in graphics

I have HD7950 and all quality is maxout and Extra , native and 4x msaa and resolution is 1920*1080

please hell

now on Steam sale -I bought Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® 3 Collection 3: Chaos mode for 8 $

having Special ops and faceoof maps only

so can collection 1 and 2 and 4th have better graphics than COD MW3's base MP ??

should i buy them ?? and does it worth in quality?

I have graphics problem in all MP maps

while MW2 old one rocks

but MW2 , Black ops 1 and Black ops 2 rocks
