i got hacked

my account got hacked on mw2 i was last prestige level 70 i got hacked down to level 1 and i cant level up. The users name was Typicle-o_0 and my account is Senond-Kira so yeah please help

How do you know you got hacked, and how do you know the PSNID/username of the person who hacked you?
