Can anyone please help?

I got MW3 hardend edition and I was only able to play for an hour, because we were moving out of the country and then we didn't have internet for gaming.

We came back this year and I was looking forward to getting my founder status since my brother got his the same day as I first started playing.

I tried to redeem my code on the back of my founder card but it keeps saying the code is ready to go but they aren't.

I am getting sick of not being able to get it activated.

Please help.
