Ive tried to call your call center and it tells me you have no availble agents to help me and asks me to call back later. What a JOKE!  I have a pc with a AMD FX-8150 3.60GHz Processor, AMD Radeon HD 6800 series grafics card, 128GB solid state hard drive, 4 2TB hard drives, and 32GB of ram. My comupter surpasses all the specs but you game crashes every time i go to play it.  I've tried safe mode on my PC and the game with no luck.  How do I get a refund.  No point in buying a game that can't even run on a great PC.  I'll spend my money on Battlefield instead.
