Nuketown code dosn't work...

I got a nuketown code that doesn't work and I don't know why.

 

Am I able to get a new or can I fixed somehow?

 

I got a picture of the code but I won't upload it beacause someone can steal it then if it works for them.

    Don't upload the code in the forum. Just contact Support and they should be able to help you out, in some cases its a duplicate code and they will give you a replacement.
