    They might be right, it really isn't beachheads problem. TREYARCH is to blame for this. They should have developed a menu to to select your elite title and clan tag as it appears on ELITE.

     

    Why Treyarch never thought about this during development of this game shocks me.

     

    Why Treyarch didn't realize they were missing this menu now that the game is up and running and created a patch to add this menu in the game shocks me more.

    It couldn't possibly be that hard to add the menu.  Maybe I'm wrong though...

    No your not wrong, it can be done, they need to acknowledge the problem first. That's the biggest issue. ATVIAssist acknoweldges there is a problem and they have no clue how to fix it so they say it can't be done. ( it depends on the ATVIAssist rep, some of them have no idea, they will advise you to go into Elite to get your clan tag gold. some of them will tell you it takes time. Of course, all this is wrong )

     

    Now, once ATVIAssist is able to communicate this issue with Beachhead then someone from there can advise someone at Treyarch and in no time that menu will be added. Again, the problem is lack of communication between companies, departments, and employees.

    So I decided just to change my clan tag but I literally tried probably 30 different tags and every single one was taken.  Most of them by some level 1 clan with 1 or 2 members.  This is BS!!!!

    Beachhead is on sabbatical. Or vacation. Or they all died in their sleep. But they're a no-show anywhere whatever the reason.

    As has pretty much been the case since the start of MW3, why are we still here?...There was some time ago a teyarch mod who found the time to lock a topic on this subject....

    thats what i though too!, would of took the same amount of time to just give us an answer, i would say ask her why but i guess that would be unwise

    Whats weird is that some of my clan members have our clan tag and others (like me) are prohibited from using it. How can CTRA be illegal to use? We want our elite clan tag to be offered in game!

    What is the problem?

    Is it possible that you can not provide an answer?

    You just have to say:

     

     

    1) "Yes, we know the problem, and are working to resolve it, soon you will be able to use special characters and some combinations of letters will no longer be considered inappropriate"

     

     

    or

     

     

    2) "No. Unfortunately you can not use special characters and some letter combinations will remain locked in the future, so if your clan tag on Elite has these problems you have to necessarily change it."

     

     

    It 's so hard to give one of these two answers?

    You can copy and paste the one you like.

    Just provide us with an answer.

    My clan has reached level 41 in MW3, we have earned our clan tag gold, but we can not use it in BO2 because it contains special characters. Can we keep it and hope to see it applied on BO2 or should we change it?

    Come on!
