creating a new clan is Broken!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

creating a new clan is Broken! Every name you enter is taken. Even after searching if a name is taken and finding no clan with that name it still says "CLAN ALREADY EXIST"    FIX THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
