I have been haveing extremly bad problems with mw3 conection.  It will randomly close out and say mw3 server disconected and some times it will disconect me from xbox live compleetley.  It seams this is a problem all over the world if you follow this you will see http://www.thetechgame.com/Archives/t=2741921/mw3-keeps-kicking-me-out.html.  I am just wondering if anyone else has the same problem as i can not find it on the forms or if activision even knows of this.
