To whom it may concern,

  Plz ATVIAssist, Beachhead, Treyarch... Anyone! Why is it so hard to access the Clan HQ when entering CoD Elite from the Elite Website? Every time I try entering my Clan HQ it simply reloads on the same welcome page. Thk GOD I have a saved favorite that leads me to the Clan HQ page. This is the only way I'm able to access my Clan HQ. Is there a reason for this? Is there a way I can fix this?

  When I last entered my Clan HQ, to verify the latest BlackOps2 Daily Clan Challenge progress, there was a message at the bottom of the enlisted Clan Challenge that showed the Red Circle with the Black Skull "Premium" Logo saying and quote: "Because your clan did not have a premium member at the time of enlistment, your clan will not earn XP or a badge in this challenge." Isn't BOps2 Elite FREE and has no need for "Premium" members? Is this a bug or just an auto message that needs to be fixed? I mean, it also shows my Clans progress in the Daily Clan Challenge as if the message didn't really mattered. Still, it shows the message and I believe you can understand my concern.

  There's also a huge dilemma that has been affecting me while playing Black Ops 2 on my PS3. At launch the game used to freeze my PS3 causing it to "not turn off properly". This forced reboot, I believe, its not good for the hardware itself am I right? Now, after the latest BOps2 update, the freezing and forced boot seemed to have had stopped. Recently though, it's happening in a constant manner which is even worse than before. I start up my PS3, start up BOps2, reach the Lobby and finally start a game round or session. When all of a sudden, while the game is showing its loading screen and bar, right when it reaches the end and says "Awaiting Textures"... The game freezes!! Forcing me to reboot my PS3 since it stays frozen. Not only do I have to submit a report after restarting my PS3. Since the PS3 was not turned off properly, it does a forced Corrupted File Check and Restore. It says if corrupted files are found it could take up to 3 hours but it usually takes about 7 to 10 minutes to do it all and finally start up the PS3. Doing all this without even being able to play a single round. Why is this happening? Is it me? Is it my PS3? Cause it doesn't do this with my other current games. Having to force reboot and restart my PS3 in order to wait 10 to 20 minutes to finally reach a lobby to then just freeze again... Wow! Super Evil Rage sensation!!. Can you feel my fury?

  Then all those frozen games get logged onto your SEN ID/Gamertag... Counting the game as some sort of "quit". It gives you a game count but with a horrible 0 K/D, 0 SPM, Cero everything lowering your stats in the worst possible way. Wow! If it couldn't get any worse!! :'( Stops me from playing, hurts my console, my scores, rank, Clan... Everything. Am I the only one going through this stuff? O_O
