WTH is up with these game mechanics and this god awful lag?

So let me present a scenario..i'm playing free for all in Yemen..using my mp7 rapid fire with long barrell..i'm unloading into this guy..he's got the same weapon no long barrel (he's using suppressor which is supposed to cut down range) but can manage to one shot me with an mp7 to the torso...I've dumped 14 bullets into his. Repeat scenario, I pull out the TYPE 25 and unload the whole clip into the guy's back he turns around and three shots me with the mp7..scenario repeat..I'm raging at this point..I pull out my RPG..blast him right in the face from about I would say 15 feet away..hit marker!!! Somehow an rpg to the face while wearing flak jacket results in a hit marker now? He runs away about 30 plus feet changes to his KSG and one shots me..mind you i'm wearing a flak jacket too..so his slug is stronger than an rpg now? like seriously what the heck is up with this game? I see update after update after update but no lag patching? I've gone from wifi, to wifi hardwired, to removing my router entirely and going straight from modem to console..i'm getting hit markers on guys ith 3 bars while I have 4, I'm getting hit markers when the role is reversed. For the life of me I don't get in anyway shape or fashion how I can virtually unload 40 plus bullets into someone with a light machine gun only to be killed by one burst from a hand pistol. I mean things have been bad in previous call of duty but this game here makes me feel like i'm on dial up instead of on a 10mb connection playing against guys with 1tb connections. To say I am frustrated is an understatement, I really have been trying to give this game a good shot but I am beyond dissapointed nothing is being done about this..what's the point in paying for good internet when it makes zero difference. The roller coaster experience of connections on Black Ops 2 is making me want to give up on this game, i'm not a phenomenal player but i've always held my own in these games, now it's just like i'm online to donate kills. I hope someone can advise or do something about this because i'm at my wits end.

    I know the feeling. I will shoot at a guy head glitching and get 4 or 5 hit markers on his head with an assault rifle. Then with his random hip fire spray of SMG, he takes me down. Something terribly wrong with this game. I actually gave mine to my daughter to play for a few days and told her to say no if I asked for it back.

    This sucks but it is what I do I leave game when lagging not dashboard but start>leave game and continue until I find a game where I am not lagging. It sucks but it is better than constantly wasting ammo on people that aren't where they appear. Or if you are constantly losing gunfights where you should hold the upper hand. Sometimes you may be lagging against 1 or 2 enemies in that case I avoid the areas that they tend to be and concentrate on the ones I can kill. Sometimes all this works but its all you can do until the issue is fixed.
