Congrats on your new clan creation! Are you currently on PS3 or XBox? Also what CoD game are you trying to get all set up in? MW3? BOps2?

See... Premium Membership and FOUNDER was a MW3 thing back in the day when the game was first launched. FOUNDER was something you got either by buying the MW3 Hardened Edition or buying Elite Premium. You would also need to set up for CoD Elite before a designated date to get the FOUNDER status. Premium is no longer needed since its FREE for Black Ops 2. Now, I dont know if you can buy Premium for MW3 and get all the DLCs for MW3. I do know that BOps2 Elite is FREE and all DLCs are sold separately or on a Season Pass which is different than the previous MW3 Elite Premium Offer that included all DLCs.

You will have to COMPETE on Clan Challenges and/or Clan Ops in order to win Medals and Clan XP to level up your Clan. All these Clan Events can be found on the PS3 or XBox CoD ELite Apps or on the CoD Elite Website. After you enlist on the events, all you'll need is to play the objective of the event in order to qualify. A few new events are already available for enlistment as well as currently undergoing.
