you don't get reset for no reason. you only get reset if you do something that violates the TOS like excess use of foul language, hacking, having an offensive emblem, playing in a modded lobby or boosting. odds are you were reset for one of those reasons.

Get of your high hourse and do you research. Some people have accidentally been reset due to a glitch.

People have lost a few levels do to.a glitch but no one has been completely reset. If the OP was 9th prestige I'm going to assume he he did the prestige glitch and got reset for doing so.

during launch weekend i went from 1 prestige 27 to level 44....i was so pissed almost returned the damn game...i tried to reach support about it but no responses

i got reset back to level 1 no prestige from 6th prestige level 40ish... so pissed off.... im not aware of any cheating or anything so yeah :L

ive also lost all my presiges ,guns,etc after downloading the maps had a few prolems with mine over the past couple of weeks . tried filling the form out but keeps saying link console which i have any ideas on what to do plz ?
