ANYONE KNOW WHY MY 100MB FIBRE OPTIC

will only ever run below 30mb (wired) never had over that is anyone else getting same prob i get,

been shocking getting only 9mb atm and am paying for 100mb to my laptop i get 88mb (wired)

just the playstation

now am running 3 bar all the time

anyone know a fix or anything i could do ????????
