Now that BO2 is out, is MW3 done adding?

I didn't purchase Black Ops 2 and don't plan to, but does this release mean MW3 is done updating and adding on maps? I know they aren't both made by the same developers but still stuff like this happens. I just don't want to keep up with Elite Premium for MW3 if they are done with add-on content. Anyone know anything about this?

There is currently no plan for more map packs in MW3.

    Why you have another year left? Elite MW3 expires after one year, and if you have just bought it then i am very sorry, lol.

      A lot of people renewed memberships on Elite under the assumption that it would carry over into Black Ops 2, unaware that it was purely an MW3 Elite membership. Not sure if the OP did that, but I know of a lot who did.
      
      In any event, there's no guarantee there won't be anything else if the demand is there, it's just at this moment they don't have plans to do so. Maybe not a full map pack, but we might be able to convince them to throw in one additional map.

        Hope they at least keep up some kind of support because alot of us are finding BO2 sux and will be sticking with MW3

Right on! I will be getting two more map packs and the support will go on for MW3. But as for now MW4 I will be looking into that next stage. I sure hope it would be like MW1 from call of duty 4. The game play role play just can't beat it.
