ELITE. NOT FOR YOUR REGION. HELP!!!

so i enlisted in MW3 clan ops months ago when they were added for end of november 2012

so ive just checked on elite console app (xbox) what the ops and times are for next weekend and it says NOT FOR YOUR REGION but pc elite says im enlisted.

im in the UK. why am i getting this

yea im in the united states and it doing the same thing. on my labtop i can enlist but on the app i cant.

im enlisted it still shows it but im still getting the clan xp after taking part so no worries
