Black Hat. As well as being useful it's so much fun to use, tac with betty next to it? Hack the betty and nail them as they insert. Camper with shock charge and betty? Hack 'em, the list goes on. Amazed I haven't seen more people using it.

      yea its pretty useless and a waste of a tactical...you run slower while carrying it and it makes your camo bright orange and enemys can kill through walls while you are using it.

       

      It also gives you 10 deaths to your score when you carry it while running and if you have it equiped on any class you cant carry any guns...its not worth it

    I havent used it yet because I dont know exactly what it does.

    Yeah, I was reading a thread yesterday and trying to understand what blackhat does and how it actually works.
