Looking for Group/Clan. xbox360

Hello, just looken for a Group of ppl that i can teamup with, or clan to join if needed. Really hate playing BO2 lately cause of a bad team and unable to communicate with anyone. So toss me a message on Xbox, if ur interested in me.
