HardCore Players Unite !

We need to go on twitter Facebook and any other sources where activision and treyarch frequent, we need to scream it out until they listen we need to tell them that when we bought the game we expected the same game modes available for Core to be available to Hardcore, Hardcore should not be just an extension of CoD but rather exactly what CoD is... So when Core players have so many game options it is sad to think that we all paid the same amount (some more than others; I feel bad for the guys who strictly play hardcore and bought the care package bundle) of $$ and we essentially paid to play a game that was made to please one group rather than all which it should be catering to. I mean think about it if CoD didn't have a hardcore mode I'm sure it would lose quite a following of HC players I know I wouldn't buy it. I just feel that if you have 2 game mode types core and hardcore then hardcore should be treated as that a mode of core which is just harder so all game modes should be available to it. I would love to get some feed back in regards to this. Btw this is my first post and hope to continue posting please let me also know if you know of anyway we could go about this because I do honestly feel like just leaving cod all together and going to battlefield... Please post a reply guys let's get the ball rolling

    like they will listen hahaha hardcore is a joke and they dont give a crap about it, 4 game modes just goes to show they couldnt care less about it

    It's not the end of the world. I'm hoping they'll update playlists down the road but if they don't I'm still happy with what I've seen so far.

      Sorry but that mentality is what is making us being overlooked I am strictly a HC player I detest core and just to be able to play some nuke I had to play core where I averaged 10-12 per game while on HC I average 25-5 I just haven't been able to adapt to core and I will admit the game itself though online is buggy now is great

        Same here just can't play core people complain a lot on core if you don't like hardcore then don't hate on it. We as a hardcore community don't just say **** core take game modes away all were saying is we would like some more game modes. not hurting any of the core players. And for people saying that they will update later this year you guy do know it only take about an hour to add new gamemodes with a hot fix. Ask vondahaar

    there's a reason there isn't HC DOM OR HC Kill confirmed

    Because black ops 2 doesn't use HC RICOCHET

    Everyone would be killing their team mates and getting booted for most of the games with people fighting over flags or tags

    It was a stupid decision to make it where people can team kill

    I haven't played hardcore since coming to black ops 2 wheras that is all I played on mw3

      First off I can play an entire 6 hours and team kill maybe 4-5 times because I know how to shoot and you know what if people wanted to team kill on objectives guess what they have only 3 strikes so its only so much they can be childish... Ricochet was necessary because they had nukes on that game remember mw2 ? They had the nuke and players complained then they added ricochet mode ?! Lol ricochet was an easy way out for devs to punish childish behavior. So what if you get booted it makes you a better player to avoid team killing... I don't know anyone who's actually a HC player that actually likes playing core lol I'm not saying you're lying but personally when played nuke it was impossible for me to get even a spy plane lol I can't stand shooting someone in the face 3 times to get a kill... We're upset because we are just being given scraps when we paid the same price as a core only guy which will play many modes while I have only 4 to chose from ? Why !? HC is not just another mode it's a compliment which is more difficult to core hence the name hardcore I should receive the same modes as core and the only reason we don't is because devs don't want to sit there and eliminate issues that may arise under HC mode ! Btw battlefield has a hardcore mode option which was just simply a switch to the whole gameplay which placed you into lobbies with other people that wanted this mode... Essentially there is a fix but the question is why must we just be content rather than expect what is and should be the best, we pay their salaries remember that

        I feel that was directed at me wheras what I mean is I won't play it because there are countless noobs/morons that are happy to frag or smaw a base killing us getting booted leaving us team mates short or at worst what effect that would have on servers with tk and then ripping them out of games

        Or maybe They could delay spawn times to combat the ensuing spawn killing that will occur

        So get shot at flag wait ten seconds

        We will see

Yes cookiedood I feel like maybe you played a few games and automatically judged the game I play HC 24/7 so I will admit I've come across the bad players and good players and when you come across good people we all tend to stay in the same lobby eventually friend up and run together all the time... Frag and smaws are bad ?! Lol that's an objective statement because if you think about it subjectively these items are present for all purposes and all play types yes tubbing is annoying (honestly I feel it's fixed in Blops 2) I actually have a friend whose got 14k + smaw kills is that skill or cheap ? Lol ultimately I'd rather have him on my team than someone who refuses to use smaws why ? Because he's contributing to winning ! Which is the objective of the game... Bad things such as spawn trapping glitched maps are things devs need to spend more time to address than making a madden type of game where you get a new type every several months.

      I guess you missed BO1 which had the same TK kick system and didn't hurt HCHQ at all. The fact is if you play with friends TKs are almost always an accident or in reality your own fault for stepping in front of a teammate or running into a killstreak. Secondly its impossible for one person to ruin an entire game because he can only commit 3 TKs then he is out. Thats hardly a big deal.

        People are having trouble with connectivity now imagine what it would be like taking players in and out of games all the time

        that's probably why they didn't launch with tose modes

        And yes I got black ops 1 and went back to mw2 after 3 prestiges, it was pants

    No you shouldn't it will get you nowhere,and with the greatest of respect you're assumption based on zero information about hc beforerelease is not justification to now rant and rave  its just a case of expectations not met

    We will be getting more modes, it's the same every cod game release hc lacking playlists and we get more added usually within a week or so.

     

    There is alot of launch niggles to iron out and as much as I also would like some more hc modes we just have to be patient a bit longer as its really not a high prioroity atm im afraid.,

     

    Im sure within the week we will have something

      First off its not assumptions based on fiction if you recall mw and mw2 both had all the HC game modes you would want to play ! Blops also had quite a few mw3 the drastic reduction took place and now in Blops 2 even further ! And my assumption although based on assumption is still based on logic you can't deny it... It is logical to assume that Blops had coordinates on its mini map and it was sad that they didn't meet my expectations when that mini map didn't have them... I mean a good way in Blops my team and I found campers was by calling out coordinates not trying to describe what bush the camper was in...

    i wish they would listen but they won't i love the hc version its much better than the other game modes they know this but just like dedi servers there not intrested.

    I'm a hardcore player and was kinda in dismay over the lack of HC modes available when the game shipped. I really expected HC Kill Confirmed to be available since it was at least the second most popular hardcore game mode on MW3.

     

    I really hope that they will add it soon. I like the crazyness of running around collecting tags and think it'd be a fun game mode on HC.

    Well we do need to stick together will we get all the gametypes no! Is that fine with me yes but I would love to play hard point and multiple team and of course kc. Any hardcore players add me on Xbox at    gb xxprxx.       That way we can send  vonderhaar lots of messages at the same time he can't ignore us then

      Do not underestimate vahns ability to ignore spam.

       

      As I stated earlier bugging him will serve no purpose at all, in fact it will have the opposite affect, we WILL get more modes just be patient.

    I was very disappointed with the lack of HC game modes when I got BO2 since all I played on MW3 was HCKC. I could've adapted to other game modes but what really gets to me is that they don't have even one mode in HC that doesn't have a respawn/spectating time. That's really all I would like is a faster paced objective mode. I'm really hoping that they will update the playlist at some point and I will be back to some form of HC play since I am really getting tired of unloading an ENTIRE clip into someone to kill them in core KC.

     

    Also I can't express how freakin' excited I am that they do NOT have ricochet in this game! I really hated that! Why should I be punished for calling in a streak reward when my teammate walks into it after I tell them where I'm putting it? Personally I think the friendly fire aspect is a BIG part of what makes it HC.

    They should not add more hardcore modes. Hardcore is a niche mode with a very low popularity. Currently there are over four times more players in Core TDM alone than in all HC modes combined. There's really no point in adding more HC modes, when very few players even care about it and it'll just have a negative impact on matchmaking.

      The only reason the population is so low is because of the lack of HC game modes, when we get more choice I can guarentee they'll be more people playing HC. Of course core will always have more players its the standard game mode and this is what most casual players want to play.

       

      HC is more popular then you think.
