Black Ops 2 Server Not Availible (Pc)

When I try and go online it says that the Black Ops 2 servers are not availible and that i must go to Black ops 2 status.So i do and it says defcon 4 which is fine.What can i do to fix it?

i'm getting the same thing for my PS3 as well. What the hell is going on with this game? Is this what i waited all year for.
