Not getting to upload videos from On Line Vault to Youtube Account

Hi!!

 

I'm brazilian MW3 player, and since Last November 13rd, I'm not getting to upload videos from On Line Vault to my Youtube Account (less than 30 seconds or more what ever). The upload starts, but it is too slow, when I get to upload. Mostly I can not upload (error). I am not Elite Premium. Could some one help me please.
