Cannot open Clan HQ - service down?

When I try to go to Clan HQ (https://elite.callofduty.com/connect) nothing happens. The screen flashes briefly but I stay on the screen I am at. This worked yesterday. I have tried it on 4 different computers using IE, Firefox & an Ipad. Is the service down?

  I still have never been able to get to the Clan HQ. My Clan even sent me an invite. When I go to click it in my notifications, it returns me to the Player home screen. I haven't been able to find any information on when this is going to be fixed, or how I'm supposed to access my clan so I can contribute. Would love an answer to this.
