You: I’m contacting you today in regards to the management of my PS3 Elite Clan, TeamVvG (Clan ID 2933149). I have been unable to view the clan roster, manage the clan roster, or remove members from the clan roster for approximately 6 weeks. The clan has a corporate sponsor, and the inability to manage our roster has severely hindered our ability to achieve success and increase the traffic to our websites. The roster is full, thus we cannot add new recruits. We also have about 40 inactive members that need to be removed; furthermore, these members are unable to leave the clan. We have tried to manage the roster through numerous website browsers, the PS3 console Elite app (both BO2 and MW3), and through the Elite app for Apple and Android. Our clan is basically at a standstill because of this issue, and any help you could provide would be extremely appreciated. Resolving the issue with viewing the roster/removing members from the roster is our first priority; however, there are some other minor issues we are having with Elite. Our clan feed has somehow disappeared from our “Clan HQ” page, which prevents us from communicating with other Elite clans. We are also unable to view any Clan Operation webpage. When attempting to view such pages, “An unexpected error occurred when loading this section, try refreshing your browser” is displayed under “Description,” “Winner’s Podium,” “Your Clan’s Performance,” and “THE DETAILS.” Again, thank you for your time and help with these issues, any information is appreciated.
Francis Emil D: My apologies for the current situation. Let me help you out.
Francis Emil D: Other than trying it on other browsers and applications. Have you tried any other way of troubleshooting?
You: Ive tried clearing the browser history, cache, temp. internet files etc. All other clan members are having the same issues, as are other clans i've been talking with
Francis Emil D: Have you tried passing the leadership to another account and tried to get it back?
You: I believe one must be able to actually "view" the clan roster, in order to pass leadership..and i cannot view the clan roster.
Francis Emil D: Do you receive an error when trying to access the manage clan portion of the website?
You: nope, i can go into mange clan fine. I can view application, invites, backgrounds, and privacy, but when i click on roster, i get the error message

Francis Emil D: Here's another option that we can try.
You: ok
Francis Emil D: Create another account for your PSN and also create another Elite account for that particular PSN ID. Invite that account to the clan and transfer the leadership to that new account.You: okay, the clan roster is full at 100 members, so will the new account be able to accept the invite?
Francis Emil D: Good point.
Francis Emil D: Do you have any online members at the moment?
You: on psn?
You: or available to access Elite
Francis Emil D: Yes.
Francis Emil D: Have them leave the clan and rejoin.
You: We've tried that with 5 or 6 members, when they try to leave the clan, Elite doesn;t allow them too
You: i have an alternate account on the roster, and I cannot leave with that account
Francis Emil D: Can you pass the leadership to that account?
You: unless there is a way to pass leadership without viewing the clan roster, i cannot.
You: When i try to leave the clan on the alternate account, i get the message "are you sure you want to leave," I click yes, and nothing happens, i just return to the clan hq
You: that happens with everyone that tries to leave
Francis Emil D: Have they tried to leave the clan after an Elite clan ops?
You: hmm, i'm not sure exactly when they've tried. It may be possible someone has tried to leave directly after a clan op, not sure though
Francis Emil D: That's an option that eventually will work. Because the server will not be at too much stress for the data that is being sent to the clans.
You: So you are suggesting we have someone leave the clan during a "downtime" in terms of Elite serve usage? Say 10an est on a tuesday?
You: 10am*
Francis Emil D: That is possible.
You: Alright, i'll have people try doing that, but once members can leave, I will still be unable to view the clan roster, or transfer leadership
Francis Emil D: I understand. We would recommend you have all the members leave the clan since one of the issues is that they're data are not updated in the server.
You: okay, so basically, I need to start a new clan?
Francis Emil D: That is another option if the issue is triggered by one of the inactive members.
Francis Emil D: Or should I say their data!
You: haha right
You: so i will continue having the members try to leave the clan during downtimes, but other than that, is there anything more I could be doing to resolve this? I could try contacting beachhead studios directly
Francis Emil D: Unfortunately, for this type of issues. We have exhausted all our resources in providing you the best solution. Last resort would be creating a new clan.
Francis Emil D: You can try to contact Beach head though I cannot guarantee anything. But it is still worth to try.
You: alright, well thank you very much for your time and information. I will continue doing what I can to figure this situation out.

and if i go on "join a clan" to look for mine it goes back to the home page again. This is ****. I can expect some bug like this just when a game is born, but not after some month. IT SUCKS!
