Can we get a Perk called "Underkill"?

Call it underkill and it will allow us to carry a secondary weapon in place of our primary.

If you change your custom class to ditch the primary weapon and have a pistol as secondary would that not give you this.
Just a thought

Cross bow is a secondary only you cant select it as a primary weapon i tried, pity thats a good idea

Could we have a mw2 perk that removes the lag compensation and its gives us great online play like mw2.
