I was wondering does the Black Hat replinish with Scavenger?

      I will give you the most obvious answer so it is going to sound like I am being rude....that is not my intention here. Equip scavenger and the black hat, use the black hat and then pick up a scavenger pack. There you go....If it replenishes it then it's yes, if it does not....then no.

        I wouldn't be asking if I could do that to be honest. Though I'm too low of alevel to have either so far.

    Yes, it does replenish.

    I am unsure if you can replenish a combat ax, if you have lost yours, but everything else; ammo, grenades, black hat, flashbangs, etc.. all replenish WHEN you run across a body of someone who had them and died from anything except an explosion.
