More Problems... Dragonfire not launching and random ps3 sync happening during gameplay.

As the title suggests I have two new problems to report.

1. Dragonfire not launching it's happend to me three times I have the streak but it keeps saying "cannot deploy here" No matter how long I wait or where I go it won't deploy.

 

2. This was happening since launch day but ps3 starts syncing trophys randomely in the middle of gameplay.

    Not had that problem but got a Escort Drone today its like a AH-6 overwatch the flaming thing kept killing me instead of the enemy it happened 4 times had to hide inside until it left the playing field. Crazy

    The trophy glitch is due to the controller, I have the same problem.

    Please elaborate what is wrong with the controller ?
