I KNOW THE PROBLEM 3ARC NEEDS TO FIX FOR THE ERROR WHEN JOINING SESSION

It stops joining sessions for public match when you are over level 25 for some reason, I got to level 25 the game stopped putting me in public matches (but I can join league play for some reason.) I went to my other account, got to level 25 again, and it stopped match making. Fix this 3arc THIS IS THE BIGGEST GLITCH IN COD HISTORY FIX IT OR LOSE YOUR REPUTATION FOREVER
