Can Treyarch/Activision be sued for this?

whenever I preordered Black Ops 2 I was told I got Nuketown 2025, I was never told that it was a mp map, and since the nuketown zombies map is named the same thing, and you have to preorder to get it, it is misleading. If I were to pick which map I want ill have the Zombies Nuketown 2025.... whatever, I sure hope treyarch puts this in DLC because thats dumb if they don't... btw here is what  callofduty.com says

"A vision of the future comes to life. Nuketown 2025 is yours FREE when you pre-order Call of Duty®: Black Ops 2!" never said multiplayer. both maps are called nuketown 2025, fairly misleading if you ask me?

    No both maps are called differenly:

     

    Nuketown 2025

    Nuketown Zombies

     

    It's not false advertising thus they cannot be sued for it.

    When has there ever been a map that wasnt multiplayer?

    Nuketown 2025 comes with all editions in the first wave REGARDLESS OF PRE ORDER (they just say PRE order to get your cash up front, they weren't gonna mess about stocking some with the map and some not logistically stupid)

    Nuketown zombies is EXCLUSIVE to the hardened and care package edition and won't ba available as dlc (unless they change what they've stated)

      Wrong not all games will have the map, only the preorder copies will, there will be non preorder copies that are given out to those that did not preorder the game. Not every copy in the store will have the map with it.

        I've never heard of a store stocking 4 sku's of the same unit

    Yea your probably never going to get nuketown zombies.  If they do release a DLC with it,  its going to be like 6 or 7 months out.    I know it was the same type of deal with Black ops 1 and with the old world at war zombie maps, but I cant remeber if they ever actually released a DLC with it?

    Nope, They cannot because nuketown 2025 is what they said all along,, nuketown zombies is what they said in the hardened ect

    Unfortunately...legally...they got us all man! It's named so close but yet so differently. For those of us who did not have the cash to buy the best edition with pre-order, or have the cash for a season pass...WAIT FOR IT...."NUKE TOWN ZOMBIES" is only available to those two options!! Until such a time that they release that map as a separate dlc...we're screwed man. And after spending an additional 1200 points for the latest dlc...screw it! So for us cod fans who love zombies but didn't have the cash...sucks to b us...but lets just school everyone on what we have!

     

    Money is money to a major!!!! Lol

    You can order the season pass and get nuke town zombies also lol, that's how I got my copy
