we use a military type ranking system and have our own database and sponsor. We also give awards out for miles stones like 50K kills or 500 hours played.

we have 2 generals that manage all the clans and several chiefs that lead the clans along with 20 or so majors that help. We are a very close clan that can sit and kick it for hours in lobbys as well ass kick @ss!!
