so im going to be pre ording black ops2 from the uk or europe but my psn account is usa will the codes work?

and when i buy the dlc will it work because my friend had this problem with black ops1 where his game in spanish and his accout is usa and the map packs he brought wont work or something like that lol but please help.sorry my writings rough im sick
