OMG Is this a joke? I laughed so hard. The game is dead why bother. Your so called "lawsuit" would lose against activision and nothing will be done. Plus there really is not a possible way to "support us" because of the way our online gamimg thing works. They dont care because we dont pay for it. So if you called your lawsuit then activision would want us to start paying and that sir, would piss me off. lol but that also made my day.

did you actually read the game manual?
consider yourself lucky to even be able to get on the game at all
in the back of the manual, it states that they reserve the right to do whatever the fluck they want to do to the game that we are playing.
they can turn off servers and not have a single lawsuit even come close to fruition.
this.....crusade against Activision has been attempted before and it has been smashed, squashed, squished before it even started gain signatures.
save yourself some time and just go to gamestop and turn in all your wii games and use that towards the U.
afterall, its not Activision's fault for the lack of service.....its Nintendos.

I wouldnt do anything. We all get screwed everyday whether its on the wii or in life. You take it for what it is and move on/go forward. As long you are gaming with multiple players/people most of the time theres always 1 azzhole in the group.
Do the best you can with what you have to work with.

THIS POST MADE ME LAUGH SO HARD.
Seriously man, you've made my day. Today was a monday, it was....well a monday. Boring, annoying....ugh. I come home and this is the first thing I see. IT MADE ME LAUGH SO HARD I FELL IN THE FLOOR.
No seriously, the mental image of it.....
"Now I call this meeting to order, the people of the wii community v. activision because of lack of support for the wii version of MW3...yes Mr. Activision Attorney?"
Activision Attorney: "Well, yes here in the manual it clearly states that all online services are not required by activision to maintain or even have on, since the user clearly bought the license to play the single player, the multiplayer being a "free for all" that activision babysits out of the kindness of their hearts".
"well i see you're right. I call this meeting done, and the people of the wii community have to pay up a crapload of money for wasting my god damn time for not being able to understand what ONLINE PRIVILEGES F*CKING MEANS"
HAHAHAHA

I agree to Padiego. You can't seriously win in a lawsuit against Activision if it clearly states that it can do ANYTHING with MW3 online. Now if they slip up with the manual and/or make the $50+ game be unplayable for Wii, then you MIGHT actually get close. But if you think about it, who's supporting IW/ Treyarch. XBOX, PS3, PC, and some retarded Wii gamers who don't care they're getting a rip-off. You see, if Activision loses, then that would mean worse CoD games for those XBOX/PS3/PC gamers.
In other words, YOU CAN'T WIN. But you could always give it a shot and give Activision a little scare.

I'm sure Activision wouldn't even flinch. We're a spec of dust and Activision is a multimillion(or multibillion) dollar company with thousands of lawyers who will lawyer you up every day all day.

Activision would tape the court session and use it to cheer up on bad days.
