nope. black ops had less issues, so i would hope bo2 would be the same. beside that , your game play changes per game, so i need to get settled in with bo2

Dude, I feel exactly the same, I'm happy for people who have pre-ordered and are excited for Blops2, I am more reserved and like you will wait, I am still into this game despite the issues.

The forum on Blops2 is mostly positive at the moment, it will be interesting to see how the forum evolves over the next few weeks.  I sincerely hope Blops2 is a success.

I love MW3 but as soon as BOPs2 comes out then it just goes on the shelf next to the rest. I never go back to a COD once the next one is out. I don't see the point wasting time on the last one when there's loads of new stuff to play around with and thoese couple of days were you try different modes to see which one you find the most fun also with this league thing going on (Soon where you lie in the leauge will join the KD,SPM and the W/L% bomb in every camper vs run and gunner argument)  playing MW3 would just feel like a waste of time.

I'm going in wide eyed after how BOPs1 used to frezze by PS3 to a brick mid-round about 20 times an evening and always during a good round which are always rare for me in the early days of a COD I just expect some junk as long as the lag comp or whatever it is, hasn't gotten worse i'll be a happy bunny as BLOPs2 seems to have the same flavour as MW (I can't wait to use the sound wave thing HQ will be awesome).

I may pop back on every now and then to play a few rounds like i did with MW2 and Blops but as for most of my time it will be on Blops 2.

MW3 has been my introduction to on-line gaming (late I know LOL), and for the most part I have thoroughly enjoyed it, although the initial learning curve was an eye-opener. I'm not sure what to expect from the BLOPs series, and BLOPS 2 - but I'm tentative to relinquish MW3. I can only assume that I will make the jump across - but I'm not as disappointed with MW3 as many in the community seem to be.. I guess I know nothing else to compare it by.

I will say yes, because i have some friends who may not buy BO2 utill it has been out for a while, .......Lag does drive me crazy at times, but when lag is not around the game is fun, and even i still have a good time joking around with friends i make.......and we like a few levels getting to lvl 50 with the clan........but MW3 will become a fallback game, to play for a few minutes here and there

I will keep playing until BOPS2 has been out for a month or so. I remember that MW3 was horrendous at launch and my k/d was like .36 for the first 3-4 weeks trying to play the game because the lag was so bad at release. I don't get the mad love for BOPS as I've tried to play it and it seems to have the same lag issues as MW3 and the maps are terrible along with the graphics being laughable and every gun sounds like it is firing paper clips.

I'm interested to see how BOPS2 will be, but going to let my fanboy buddies who love COD get it first and see what they think before I drop another $60 on this franchise. At least they made ELITE free for BOPS2. Honestly unless BOPS2 does away with death streaks and split screeners, I'll probably just stick with MW3.

I hope they have to shut the servers down when BO2 comes out... That would be the best Feedback for this Blockbuster Game.

after 631hrs played on MW3 - I can say there is nooooo way Im coming back to it. Would prefer any other COD than it, just playing it still as my clan/friends are still on it and can't get a server on BOPs..

I don't no is the answer , black ops 2 I don't  think it will be better than mw3 , you will still get the lag connection and cheaters that you always get

i think i may trade MW3 in, along with MW2,  i may keep black ops 1 as i still like the occasional game of zombies.

im hoping black ops 2 will be worth it, im feeling increasingly let down by activision though.

Usually I always go back to the previous C.O.D games when I get board of the current game or when the new COD is due to come out so I get a feel for previous titles.

I played Black Ops1 a lot this year though and actually prestiged 2 more times on it because I loved it because MW3 was not my biggest C.O.D (usually I get myself up to the max level of that prestige and then leave it there when the time approaches to change C.O.Ds)

So yeah I will return. However, hopefully it will be a long time before I return to MW3.
