No MW3 multiplayer data available! HELP ME OUT BEACHHEAD

Hello there,
I'm stuck with the ELITE service and support. I can't access my MW3 multiplayer data via all applications (ps3, iphone and browser). I've contacted the support via ask a question 4 times I even called them with no success.
So here is my problem: I can't access my MW3 multiplayer data. Every time I try I get an error, which says I haven't played MW3. I almost played about 3 days. I'm a premium founder member since november 10th. I received all benefits from the start (double xp, titles and camo). I've noticed that my stats were displayed when I've done prestige mode and check them next day. If I play on my stats disappear with the same lines "you haven't played MW3, go buy Mw3..." I'm very sad that this has happened to me and still no solution known. By the way: my sats have been rolled back in the very beginning for about 3 times, maybe this is an issue due to my stats. I tried every solution without no success (clear cache and cookies, reinstall the app for ps3, relink my account)...
SINCE LAST WEEK I EVEN CAN'T ACCESS ELITE VIA PS3 AND iPHONE (ps3 = under maintenance; iphone = no user data available at this time)
So please anyone response if you have the same problems, maybe beachhead can help

To be honest elite is shocking the "support" have no clue and the solutions I get sent never work.
let me know if u get it fixed because 8 phone calls, 3 emails and a Post in here havent helped me

same problem i cant believe im paying for something that doesnt even work they need to get there act together soon and i think we deserve compansation for the 2 months that it has be virtually usless for. I would just like to be able to see my stats elite is that too much to ask for?

Sorry to hear about this issue you're having. You might have already tried these steps, but try them in this exact order. It could help to resolve the issue. I can't guarantee it will work, but it has resolved some issues surrounding Elite in the past.

after checking the forum for about 3h I really found some interesting post - which seems to solve my multiplayer data problem.
solution (in my case): check your custom made classes. look after the names of your sets and delete all special signs (don't know the exact word). signs like "/,?,!..." doesn't work. after exchanging some letters it'll hopefully work for you.
try it out & enjoy!
p.s. @beachead & activision you should read that too and let the community know. i don't want to be rude but after 5 official ask a question attempts it doesn't work either. My impression is that you do not offer 100% of your support to your customers, you do answer people but you do not have the correct answers, unfortunately. at least you should keep up with the elite status site. e.g. what are your updates for elite 1.04 - no one knows! i'm wondering what this site is for if not for those kind of information.
decrease your marketing effort & increase the support (impression is non productive)
