WARNING! stay away from the clan !R4W

its clan members are applying to clan saying that they really want to join your clan and steal your clan members from right under you. trust me 4 members have left my clan since i accepted a application from one of their members. this clan is garbage if they resort to that bullcrap. dont accept any !R4W clan members. and just so that evryone understands what this discussion is about its not about the clan members leaving. its that clan recruiting like that

    Wait, let me understand. You accept someone from this !R4w clan, they join your Clan----recruit people from your clan----they leave willingly and you think they are being stolen?

     

    Your ego is not accepting the fact the others simply want to leave.

     

    Nothing wrong with clan members leaving your clan to join another, if that other dude recruited them... they left because they so wished!

      first off i know that and i dont have an ego. i dont have a problem with them leaving. you all think this is about them leaving, i dont care if they want to join another clan. i cant stand people recruiting like that guy did. no offense but you sound oneness taking only a certain portion of what a person says and makeing that the big deal.

        You sound like your in denial, we all have ego's. That voice in your head telling you this guy writing to me is crazy, and wrong thats your ego talking to you.

         

        i cant stand people recruiting like that guy did

        What do you want? Invitations with flowers? Or maybe an RSVP? cmon guy.

         

        no offense but you sound oneness taking only a certain portion of what a person says and makeing that the big deal.

        No offense taken, but I am not sure what your trying to say. I didn't write this thread, you did I simply responded with my opinion. My opinion is based on what I read, written by you. No offense but you should think about how your words will sound to others and not to you when posting.

    it's upto them to leave

    But you only want people in your clan that want to be there anyway

    i know that but im just telling everyone that they are sending their clan members to recruit yours. i didnt care that they left i just dont like when a person has to join a clan and recruit them its a little rediculous. you should be able just to use this forum to recruit those kinds of poeple not saying that they are going to help support the clan and then just start recruiting them not hepling that clan in any way shape or form and then leave with a bunch of your members. now i understand if they leave its their own free will and i dont have a problem with that. but recruiting like that is terrible. let them leave on their own free will not like that

    now give you a heads up b4 u start sending messages to this guys psn. this is my clan leaders profile the one who is posting all these messages is me gorams2011. i use my clan leaders elite account to enlist in clan ops and challenges so that we wont miss em. if u want to 1v1 me im waiting i dont have a problem kicking anyone in the !R4W clans A**es and i will

      I understand where the OP is coming form. The tactics they are using to recruit by are unethical and immature.

       

      To the OP I would recommend a few measures of caution before you accept people in your clan.

       

      1- give them a 1-2 week try out and make sure they play with you daily and with your clan members

       

      2- Ask them questions why they want to leave their clan and what attracted them to your clan.

       

      3- if you have a website, have them register on it.

       

      Most will not go through all these steps just to recruit from your clan. Don't open your doors, make sure they understand it's not easy getting in your clan and that you are picky.

       

      One last thing, for those members that left you, don't stress about it, they weren't loyal to begin with, they did you a favor.
