Can't enlist in ANY clan ops on PS3.....all state OPS UNAVAILABLE IN YOUR LOCATION. Anyone having this issue??

On PS3 I made a new clan and I checked out the clan ops just the other day and all types of challenges and such were available. Everyone of them I could have enlisted in. Now I can not see ANYTHING on the page. I used the links to get to the challenges but they all say OPS UNAVAILABLE IN YOUR LOCATION. ANy one else having this issue?

I had it a couple of week ago
I just went through another browser to enlist

yes me to, they made a announcement saying to use the app on the console but still doesnt work
