Earned a brozne medal despite clan finishing 2360 out of 15203 at 84%. That is a Silver!!!!!!

How is it my clan was ranked 2360 out of 15203 in yesterdays challenge Core Killed Confirm and only earned a Bronze badge and 250 xp?

If one does the math, We came in top 84 or 85% which is a silver.

Please explain?

Hello,

The total displayed there for the ranking is causing some confusion, and we apologize for that.
The total you can see is the total number of Clans that enlisted.

However, we are now badging based upon participation, not just simply enlisting.
That means that the total amount of ranked Clans is quite a bit less than 15,203, making your Clan's ranking quite a bit different.

If you're still concerned, I'd be happy to check on your Clan's ranking. Just let me know your Clan's name, and console. I'll double check the ranking.

      I disagree thta myself and other clans are earned their correct badge. See when I see that we ranked 2000 out of 16000 clans. That is a silver. So perhaps the numbers need to show 8000 out of 16000 if you say I earned a bronze badge. 2000 out of 16000 is a silver with my math.
      
      Till you guys can get that correct and show the true rank, I suggest you guys badge based on what the current rank reads to everyone who is viewing their rank for that specific challenge. Not a made up pretend number that you can only view.

      By the way, not I cant even view the clan operation page. Good thing I need to enroll my clan in more challenges. Do you guys plan on having double xp challenges in an effort for clans trying to reach level 50? I have lost over 2500 xp since we have been doing clan challenges on mishaps. What do I get in return? A free pristege token that I do not need as I am rank 20! All I am asking is for your product to work or give us the xp that we missed out on.

        What browser are you on?
        Are you able to view any contests on the console app?

  you know it might help if you guys would list the number of clan who particapated, instead of enlisted clans.........the last three ops tells me and my clan members we should have gotten silver twice and gold once.......but your scoring using numbers we cant see drops us a level ...and you all expect to take your word for it, when most of issues with the game and elite have not been solved or fixed......... do you have anymore beach front property to sell in Tennessee ROFLMAO

      I can give you what he'll say. C3PO will say, "We apologize for the inconvenance." You won't get awarded the right medal or XP. Trust me I tried everything in my power to do it. Activision, Infinity Ward, and Beach Head could care less. The only thing you can do to save your sanity from Beach Head's BAD customer service is to not deal with the BS with the free BO II Elite Service. Since Treyarch is the company that respects it's fans and gives them what they want and that makes it very tempting making you think Elite will improve with Black Ops II, you need to remember that Beach Head is still behind Elite and will always "apologize for the inconvenance".

  They STILL haven't fixed this yet? This is why I don't even try any more with clan ops because they can say whoever they want wins and the winners are boosters as in what happend during last week. Good thing BO II Elite is free, because who in their right mind would pay money for the continued BS a month later since they announced their "Reward Improvements".
