Elite Clan Level Emblems and Elite Founder Green Skull

Why is it that we have to submit, over and over again, reports on the fact that our Clans aren't being awarded with its achievements? Why is it that we get no responses back? Why is it that up to this date my ID shows the Red Logo Elite Skull instead of the Green Logo Elite Founder Skull? Can anyone tell me why? Or at the least point me in the right direccion of where I need to take this concerns?? -_-

    i agree with u i paid for the hardened copy and it still shows me with a red skull even tho i sent them my issue over it

      When did you create your ELITE account? Did you purchase a Hardened Edition copy of the game? ^JJ

        Hey! Hello ATVIAssist,

         

        When? Well... I created my Elite back when it was Closed Beta on Black Ops (BOps One1 that is... I guess that's why it says I've been a member since Aug. 9th 2011... But that's me guessing). I got my MW3 Hardened Edition @ its Midnite Launch Event last year.

        I still got my Hardened Edition with the really cool looking Founder ID Card that contains a long code in its back, although I have no idea what that code is for because theres nowhere to input such code on the PS3. I heard it was something for Microsoft XBox consoles... Which I think is kinda crazy cause it's a PS3 Hardened Edition copy. Anyway...

          The Founders card has directions on where to redeem the code. It was to be redeemed at http://callfoduty.com/founder . If the code was never entered in then that is why there is not green skull beside the gamertag.

          •“Winter” Founder camo should be visible just below “Gold”

          •“Elite” title in grey is for Premium

          •“Elite” title in green is for Founder

            Dear ATVIAssist,

             

            Thx for the reply. Anyway, I'm pretty sure "THAT" is not the reason why to this late date my PSN ID still shows a Elite Premium instead of a Founder Green skull. I have a few friends that bought Elite before launch through PSN. Some of them have the Green Skull and some don't. That's PSN Elite Premium which has no Hardened Edition Card with Code. Then, I have a few other friends that [like myself] Pre-Ordered and got the Hardened Edition on launch day. Guess what? None of them, yes, not a single one of them input the card code on the website. None... and guess what? Some of them have the Founder Green Skull next to their IDs and some don't.

             

            I did get all the FOUNDER extras [Weapon Winter Camo, Elite Gray and Green Titles and Red for Premium and the Silver FOUNDER Elite Emblems.] and I also have a GREEN FOUNDER Skull showing when I enter my Elite Profile. This means I got my Founder Status and extras but my PSN ID only shows a Elite Premium Red Emblem Skull instead of the GREEN FOUNDER. The most awesome stuff you get for being a Elite Founder where those little extras to "show it off" but I get the short end when my ID says I'm not Founder but only Premium. -_-

             

            In other subjects... Why is my Clan still not being awarded with its Clan Level Emblem Awards? Why is it that we had to submit reports in the past to have awards granted and then now, after achieving new levels, we have to yet again submit reports to stay waiting to be awarded with no response. Me [Clan Leader] and other members have already submitted a total of three (3) Clan Emblem Reports. -_-

              he@dhunter10 Like cookie responded we are looking to see why this is happening. The 3 areas that players are stating they can see their green skull is through the console app, searching the name through the Elite website, or the clan roster.

              It is good to know that you were awarded all the Founders benefits at least and there was a snafu with some SEN accounts getting awarded the Founders emblem.

               

              In regards to the clan level emblems you dont have to send 1 each time a new emblem is not attained. When the devs check the form they are able to see which other emblems have not been awarded. We are checking the servers to correct the clan achievements problem.

      I also bought me a Hardened Edition (PS3) but my name tag or PSN Id shows a Black Skull Logo inside a Red Circle. I call it the Premium Red Skull. Now, I have a few Founder friends that have the same issue. They show the Red Premium Skull, although, some of my other friends do have the Green Founder Skull right next to their IDs. Anyway, Thx for letting me know some users do have the Green Founder Skull.

        I don't see any skulls now,on my new PLAYERCARD but my roster does

        It just doesn't show stats at the mo

          That's right... After the new Elite App update (mainly on the website counter part) the IDs don't show the "Skulls" next to them as they used too. Although, just like in the picture you tweeted them, only when checking the rosters and such you do still see the "Skull Emblems". And, just like in your tweeted picture, right there you can see the different (Red & Green) Skull Emblems that I'm refering too. Mine shows Red intead of Founder Green. -_-

    I remember how messed up CoD Elite was during its initial release. I even remember it not messing up so bad during its Closed Beta stage... Right now, Elite seems to be just like (or even worse) when it first went open/live. The PS3 App seems to be messing up big time. It keeps erasing my Data and saying it needs to create new one. Then It takes away my FOUNDER STATUS and prompts me(Also thanks me? Wtf? LOL!) of being Premium and it only shows the Premium Red Logo Skull. All I want is for my Elite Founder Status and Green Logo to show on my roster and to other players as well(Like it was meant too...). -_-

     

    PS: All my SECFOR [SEC4] Clan(#332664) members are still awaiting to be awarded its Level Clan Emblems. (I just can't wait for Elite to be fully operational and running properly like it once was...) -_-
