Clan leadership & management

Is there any way we can have a sort of VP(vice president) role for the clans who can also do the enlisting? I know its been hard for our clan leader to juggle his priorities in life while managing our ops & challenges. It would be nice to have a VP role created so there can be 2 people to authorize enlistments.

    Currently no there isn't

A clan leader has to do it all

They said the would consider adding a co-leader options in future if enough ask for it

    and plenty have lol

We will have to see and wait for an announcement regarding elite 2.0

    Hope this helps

Don't hold your breath on the announcement. It's over due already and it seems we are either going to get an announcement that there will not be an Elite 2.0 or the announcement comes in at last minute (we already pretty much are in the "last minutes" of mw3).

    Re: Clan leadership & management

Elite has mentioned to me that there are issues with allowing someone other than the founder of the clan to enlist in ops.

Grievances against the clan.  If the co-leader gets into a dispute with the leader, the co-leader then has the ability to enlist in every single op for the next 2 weeks.  This is especially a concern for smaller clans that are growing.  If you are consistently adding new members, all new members scores will not count for 2 solid weeks.  Essentially grinding the clans progression to a hault.

This is just my personal opinion, everyone is entitled to their own.  I agree with CoD Elite on this one.  Its not a good idea to have a co-leader with the ability to enlist.  The only way it would be a good thing is if the leader has buttons available to de-enlist the clan from operations to counter this situation.

    Side note....

Please see this thread.  There are a lot of details regarding this situation and then some.  Lets keep this thread going.  Please comment

I would have to agree with briocon7, there is too many tools out there that get mad about the littlest things and would try to sabotage the performance of a clan. I can honestly see that happening quite frequently, plus it would just cause a headache if the leader was recruiting and before he could get some people into the clan the co-leader enlisted in the operation, then those new people wouldn't count. Just too much bs that way, leave it as just one leader.
