To whom it may concern,
My clan has tried to enlist in this weekends ops (October 5th-7th) many times, but we can't even get the operations to load properly and this has happened to us many times before. We've tried Safari, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, and Firefox. We've tried all the tricks, and we've even gone as far as trying all these steps on multiple computers, on multiple different ISP's.
We are currently sitting within striking distance of level 50 and if we would have placed Gold in all three Op's this weekend we would have reached our goal. We have had clan members cancel plans with friends and family so that we could achieve this goal, only to be metaphorically smacked in the face by a service we PAY for.
Now I understand problems happen, and sometimes they aren't easy to fix. So I'm not blaming anyone. But seeing as the 80+ members of my clan have all paid $60 apiece, which easily exceeds $4,800.. I would like to know what you plan on doing to make it up to us?
As it stands right now, myself and my members are all prepared, as a clan to walk away from elite when our memberships expire, due to these "Tech issues."
I hope, as a paying member my complaint is taken serious.
I have posted the same story on this forum and talked with support since Monday when we found out we could not enlist in any clan challenges. We got a BS response and are all very upset on the way this was handled with so many days to fix it. We would of been 48 after this weekend with all the Xp we were "cheated" from. I asked about compensation and was told that other clans were having no problems enlisting. We have 50+ and all are very upset and questioning themselves about buying into Elite again. Sorry to hear about your clan as well as all the others that had to pay such a price to reach a goal to only be treated as a dollar sign and nothing more.
Yeah, this is pretty much a joke anymore, I enlisted in all the ops this morning for the weekend, then checked them about 3 oclock to make sure. And of course now during the op we are not enlisted anymore.

Realistically it would be impossible determining which clan to compensate. So we are pretty much screwed. I don't blame the support staff on here because they are directed and paid by a group of investors to do what they feel is best for their pockets.

Sucks to read these stories, I hope they help enlist your clan. Keep posting and sending them PM's until they get you clan involved.
I'm in the same clan as Eballler, and I arranged my schedule so that I could compete in all the Ops this weekend. And now we can't even compete.

Yet another day not being able to participate in clan ops. Disappointed to say the least.

Hello,
We are aware that some users are experiencing intermittent access issues with ELITE. We are currently working to resolve these issues as soon as possible.
With that said, we can still do some immediate troubleshooting. Try using Google Chrome’s incognito window. Open up the browser and press Ctrl+Shift+N to open the incognito window. Try enlisting from here.
Let me know if this worked for you. ^MH

Intermittent? Definition of INTERMITTENT. : coming and going at intervals : not continuous. No, try CONSTANT,:something that is permanent or unchanging.
Constant access issues with ELITE. And no, this does not work for me. Lets try focusing on the initial problem. Safari and Internet Explore is what I have used since day one.
It has been six days. We have now missed out on over 4,000 clan xp.

I used a translate app to read your response and for others to read who could not.
Now you can not expel any member of the clan, appear in missing, appear and disappear competitions ps3 clans have taken away the possibility of 7,000 xp for the clan, which many do not reach level 50, and does not appear 2.0 Information elite yet.
So the weekend has passed and we were unable to compete in any ops due to website errors. Hope Beachead enjoyed their weekend, seeing as I wasted my time and cancelled plans to participate in ops.

Update:
30 minutes after I made another post, I checked on elite and now we can enlist in challenges and operations. 1 down, 2 to go.
I guess the enlistment issue was not on my end after all.

Well I'm glad things are working out for you. But we still cant enlist, sad.
Sigh, day 6 still not being able to enlist.. lamesauce.

Do you have a backup account in the clan? If so have you checked to see if your backup account can view the challenges/ops? I've had the problem come and go for me as well but as strange as it may sound, I discovered that while my premium account couldn't get into the challenges to enlist, my back up free account could. So I switched leadership over to my back up account and got our clan enlisted. Later I switched leadership back to my premium account and the problem seems to have gone away.
We've tried from multiple accounts, multiple browsers, and multiple ISP's. Nothing works :/
Send Atviassist a message and tell him your clan name, clan # (located in the address bar when you have the clan HQ page up), platform and what browser you are using. It took me 8 days and about 24 hours of time reading, and posting here and on Beachheads Facebook page (in fact that is where I added the above information), Amd PM's. we can enlist and we are getting Xp for challenges but will wait and see on the operations. You will get nothing for past missed Xp.
Been about two weeks now, still can't enlist in ops.
ELite sucks, and their customer service is horrible!!!!!!!!!!
yeah got up at 4 am to do clan op this morning then went to check stats after and of course its gone again ?!
It's all a joke really. I mean there are forum admins on here that I'm sure could do something to help.. they comment in other threads suggest possible remedies to problems yet they've avoided this thread. Convenient enough i say.
This is just ridiculous. Ive contacted everyone I could possibly think of from Facebook pages, to the elite support, to twitter accounts and no one seems to know how to help this situation.
Yea our clan was going through the same crap, we have a challenge we still have not received xp or a badge for despite multiple support contacts and a challenge feedback form. Then we get screwed out of 4,000 xp worth of operations. We would have hit level 50 right before BLOPS 2 came out and now it's not even possible more than likely. Rumors say there will be no more ops or challenges for MW3 once BLOPS 2 comes out, nobody knows for sure but I wouldn't doubt it... Overall I'm not too satisfied with the quality of this service and unless the DLC is bundled with it again, which it probably won't be, I don't think I'll be renewing my subscription...
Sigh, two weeks straight now with no ops. It's like Beachhead doesn't even care about or problems with THEIR service. this is unacceptable!
Apparently this problem isn't affecting that many clans because it shouldn't take this long to get this fixed.
They just don't care. It's convenient the Elite will be free for Blops2, so when it gets all screwed up they can just be like "it's free, deal with it."
Well all their suggestions didn't work until they finally gave me this response.

This is not an issue affecting every clan, but the issue you are describing has been common to many clans for the past week or so. I'm sorry to say that we don't have a solution for this issue at this time. You have already tried several steps that would resolve this issue if it were specific to your account, and I personally have walked customers through various steps on the phone which did not end up resolving your issue.
The good news is that in most cases, this tends to be a temporary issue, and when checking back on the clan page, often times that message you are seeing will go away after a few days. However, considering that you first contacted us about this issue on October 4th, I can't estimate how long it would take for an issue like this to be fixed. Please check the Call of Duty ELITE web site over the next few days and inform us of any change to your situation.

In my opinion Activision and Beachhead do not care about us they have their money from elite and thats all they wanted! We all have been suckered in again. I have had issues for over 8 months and all I get is we are looking into it and it has been passed on to the upper level support between email, tweets, and calls that I have done it has turned out to be the biggest waist of time for myself because nothing has been done. Pretty much they are laughing at us in the background counting the money !!!
Oh level 50, you were but a few ops away. I feel as if we were meant for eachother. Sadly the evil BeachHead has doomed us from ever meeting. ![]()
I thought for sure we would make it to level 50 before BO2 came out. This is so aggravating.
