Yea, ever since the big Elite update that changed everything visually you can no longer kick or promote anyone via the website, it won't give you the option. I was trying to kick some free loaders from my clan and was irritated I couldn't do it, then I went it and tried it on the console and it still had those options. Don't know why exactly, just like if you go to Privacy on the website it says Display the Roster and Feed for Everyone with a blank check box and Allow players to put in applications with a checked box. Yet on the console it's the opposite, it's don't display roster and feed with checked boxes and don't allow people to put in applications with an unchecked box. Who knows just another Elite mystery I guess...
