I checked the Discussionboard and hey,... SURPRISE.... Your Support always is using the same way to fix a problem. WAKE UP, the problem is on your side! Since 6 days nothing and i really mean NOTHING works (see below). I demand compensation for our and all infected clans! And Stop taling about "we´re trying to fix the bug".... FIX IT, HIRE PROFIS AND NEXT TIME TEST CHANGES BEFORE GOING LIVE! Now you have millions of "happy" customers, participating YOUR CHAOSMODE!

you switched the look & feel of the website. Since the change nothing (and i mean nothing) works. Since the last 5 days I contacted the support every day, without a solution!
Here´s a short summery:
Missing Clan emblem (lvl34):
I filled out the requested form - no result!
Managing the clan (rooster/clan summery/Applications/invitations):
Nothing works since 5 days! - everytime the same questions... no result!
It´s not possbile to enlist in challenges/operations. Thanks! The clan is loosing points!
Have you ever managed a +85 member clan? It´s the hell if nothing works. Our member still asking why parts are not working. It takes me (thanks again) 2-3 hours/day freetime, cause your service doesn´t work! And by the way..... you´re offering worldwide support... Great! But have you ever thought over that there are different times zones than US time?
On Topp... there is a clan internal championship rewarded with 4200 MS Points based on the Challenges..... Nice, or? But without the possibility of enlistments? How?
You really should think over!!!!!! It´s a shame doing untested changes on a system with millions of user.
