Founder Status Code with Hardened Edition...NOT WORKING.

So the plan was to buy Elite just before Black Ops 2 came out so that I could take advantage of everything that they released for MW3 and still have the 1 year for BO2 (Looks like this plan is't going to work...well ****!). I was going for Founder status but I knew that the time for that was long gone. But I read in the CoD site in FAQ somewhere it said "All players who activate a Call of Duty ELITE premium membership by December 13, 2011 will automatically become Founders. Additionally users who purchased the Call of Duty ® MW3 Hardened Edition can use this code after December 13th." So I bought MW3 Hardened Edition brand new with facory sealing from ebay. By the way I live n Australia and I bout an Australian version. All the codes on the back of the little guide thing worked. It has been 48 hours or longer and when I put the code in at http://www.callofduty.com/founder/ it says "Your code is good to go, but we're not. Please come back again later." I typed a fully random code 20 long and it said the same thing. It says the same thing no matter what if you type something thats 20 long. CoD Elite works and I have all the free DLC. But Founder don't work. So can somebody help me? I found other forums with the same question, but none of them have an answer. Thanks.
Yea there's a problem with the Founders input site, there has been a lot of threads where players complaining about the same issue. the site has been that way for months, so its not just you.

My Code is Valid, but Doesn't Work?
Each code is one time use. If you believe you are getting an incorrect error please contact Activision Customer Service.(http://www.activision.com/support)
The error is occuring with everyone trying to input a Founders Code.
Contacting support is the best way to go, they will investigate it and apply it if everything is good.

After a week or two of asking for an escalation on my support ticket for the "Your Code is good to go but we're not" error when trying to use a founders card from an MW3 hardened edition I recived the following.

yeah i Got my MW3 Hardened facory sealed today and i have been having that same problem. Please help us
This is total BS. I was told before the launch of BO2 to use my Elite code and Founder would work 2 weeks later. Had I have known they were going to rip us off, I would have RETURNED my hardened edition.
I am totally fed up of this bad service and will not be buying any more COD games until they fix this. I paid for this and expect it to be valid especially since their staff said it would be.
