What browser are you using? Have you tried clearing your cache?

If clearing your cache doesn't work, try using a different browser.

If these troubleshooting steps don't resolve your issue, rest assured the issue is getting looked into and will be resolved as quick as possible.

I hate to say it but it's probably got nothing to do with your end of things.  Don't get me wrong.  I would certainly try anything that Activision Support suggests but as a long time Elite user I can tell you that the Elite website is not working properly.  With this new interface, my clan page only loads about 1 out of every 30 attempts.  Sometimes I can enter clan challenges to enlist in them but most of the time the challenge details page won't load.   From the PS3, I can log in some days and other days it crashes.  The PS3 Elite doesn't always work properly even when I get logged in.  It used to work but not so much anymore.  Lately, I have to do all of my Message of the Day updates from the in game Clan member page.  It didn't used to be this way.  In fact, I rarely had a problem with Elite access prior to the update.  So whatever they did, it has caused a ton of issues for a lot of people.  My best advice is to keep trying and maybe at some point it will work for you.  However, if it does start working be sure to do whatever you want to do while it's working because it's likely to quit working again soon.
